Will it work for you? I can't tell. Most people who give it a try seem to absolutely love it. If you like a no-fluff approach and actually struggle with being afraid of rejection/judgment, you're definitely in the right place. Overcoming these fears will open doors you never knew existed.
The playbook draws inspiration from philosophy, affective and cognitive neuroscience, evolutionary biology, and social psychology. I do not have a PhD in any of the domains mentioned above. I'm also not a licensed therapist.
The last couple of years I read tons of books and research papers, curating the most essential and practical advice I could find. Advice that changed my life. This playbook is like a blueprint of all the steps you need to take to tackle your fears and start living your life to the fullest.

Look, this isn't a magic pill or a quick fix. I wrote this playbook to save you time and effort by cutting through the fluff and curating the advice that truly matters.
Instead of wasting months scrolling through generic (often terrible) advice on social media, I'll show you the most validated and established frameworks I’ve come across after reading tons of books + research papers and talking to several psychologists, therapists and neuroscientists.
I'll share and explain proven tactics that you can start applying right away to overcome your fear of rejection and build lasting self-esteem in both your personal and professional life. I can't guarantee it will work for everyone, but it definitely worked for me.
How long does it take to finish this?
This playbook is designed to be concise and practical. If you read it in one focused sitting (which I suggest), it should take about 60 minutes. Feel free to break it into smaller chunks though. If (for some reason) you’re short on time or prefer tactical advice and tips over exploring research findings and theoretical frameworks, I suggest you skip straight to Chapter 6.
